Hygiene and Sanitation training is offered free of charge to our members, our volunteers and our partners. It ensures safety in terms of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen both at the Maison d’Entraide and at home.
Each participant leaves with an explanatory guide based on the regulations of MAPAQ (Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Quebec).
